* Data Retrieval / Transfer fee is based on a drive that can be
powered up, is readable
by in shop tools, and files copied to new media. This is not the same as
a
Data Recovery from bad drives or media.
** Some virus / spyware infections are so bad as to prevent simply
cleaning and removing.
Some cases will require a complete format / reload in order to bring system
back to useful service.
In this case, customer will only be charged format / reload fee instead of
Virus / Spyware removal.
*** Format / Reload requires that hard drive be wiped clean, formatted,
and all software re-installed.
We will use customer provided discs and software where possible, please
refer to "no bootleg" policy,
otherwise, we will use a basic installation of original licensed operating
system and other free productivity
tools and applications including Office type programs, anti-virus, anti-spyware,
etc.
