30 Min Quick Check* - Technician comes onsite and runs a "Quick Check" of hardware to try and diagnose problem.

Technician will test / check the following hardware components

    CPU
                                 RAM
                                 Motherboard Functions
                                 Hard Drive
  

We will diagnose your problems and spend up to 1/2 hour resolving them. If it can be fixed in that time, we will do so. Otherwise, we will take your machine to our workshop, with your approval, and call you for approval on any additional work needed

       Key Benefits

•     No carry-in or pick-up required
•     Quick on-site estimate if possible, know what the cost is ahead of time where possible
•     Discuss other issues and questions with Technician while on-site, pick his brain!!

      Limitations

        On Site Quick Check may not find the full problem in the time allotted (30 Min).
       
        Full diagnostic may be necessary at our workshop, where an additional $ 50
        testing fee will be assessed for this additional service.

        On Site Quick Check fee is not optional and will be charged at time of service
        or added to the cost of any other services provided.

        Full Diagnostic fee may be waived at OUR option if it is determined WE CANNOT
        fix the problem, not if the customer decides against having repairs done.
